ZuGuZ
The Electro-Aussie Phenomenon
(Bangz Music, LLC – October 2025 Press Kit)
Overview
Emerging from the neon heart of Sydney’s underground dance scene, ZuGuZ has quickly become one of the most talked-about curiosities in modern electronic music. Blending tongue-in-cheek humor, irresistible hooks, and finely tuned production, the trio delivers an unlikely fusion of satire and sincerity — a reminder that great dance music can make you laugh, think, and move at the same time.
Signed to Bangz Music, LLC, ZuGuZ are best known for their viral debut “Elon Go To Mars Already” and their upcoming worldwide single “Dance Labubu,” set for release October 17, 2025, on all major DSPs.
“We like to write songs about the things nobody dances about — billionaires, plush monsters, interplanetary nonsense,” says DJ WomBat. “And somehow it still works in a club.”

Their debut single, “Elon Go To Mars Already,” exploded online with its mix of clever lyrics, driving EDM beats, and biting social commentary. Part protest anthem, part dance-floor satire, the song skewers tech messiahs, political absurdity, and the myth of billionaire heroism — all wrapped in an infectious, club-ready package.
“Elon, go to Mars already. And take that orange buy too.”
Behind the humor lies a surprisingly sharp critique of ego, excess, and environmental apathy — what one critic called “existential rave therapy.”

Their follow-up, “Dance Labubu,” trades interplanetary satire for pure joy. A candy-coated EDM anthem inspired by the cult-favorite Labubu dolls, the track invites listeners to “walk like a monster, stomp, stomp, stomp” and surrender to playful abandon.
“It’s an ode to childlike energy and collective weirdness,” explains Kiki Blip. “We wanted to make something that sounds like a rave thrown by your favorite plush toy.”
Equal parts Daft Punk, Eiffel 65, Devo, and Saturday morning cartoon, Dance Labubu proves that ZuGuZ can craft a pop hook as easily as they craft a punchline.
The single releases worldwide on October 17, 2025 on all major DSPs.
The ZuGuZ Sound
ZuGuZ’s music lives at the intersection of satire and sincerity. Their beats are polished; their lyrics, irreverent; their message, occasionally profound. Think Flight of the Conchords meets Disclosure — if both bands were trapped in a disco on Mars.
Their live performances are part spectacle, part social experiment: synchronized light shows, inflatable aliens, and a crowd that seems unsure whether to laugh, rave, or pledge allegiance to interstellar groove.
“We’re not making fun of EDM,” Baz Dundee insists. “We’re celebrating it — we just happen to be doing it with Labubus, Elon Musk, Trump, MAGA and other weirdness.”
Band Members
DJ WomBat – Lead singer, percussion, founder, producer, and chief engineer. Claims to have built his first drum machine out of an old toaster.
